Sani Soliya

Sani Soliya is an udon restaurant near Yongso Middle School in Songcheon-dong, Jeonju. It serves spicy nikku udon and cold soba, and the tempura stays crisp even after it goes into the broth. The restaurant opens around 11:30, but a line forms before lunch, and after paying in advance, diners take water and side dishes themselves. Food takes time to come out and there is a wait.
