Saemgol Dolsot Chueotang

Samgol Dolsot Chueotang is a chueotang restaurant in Hoseong-dong, Jeonju. The chueotang is thick and comes with plenty of buchu, along with fried loach and chija dolsotbap. Four banchan are served: muchae muchim, kongnamul muchim, kimchi, and kongjaban. Additional banchan are self-service and must be fetched yourself.
