Neulpungseonghan Uchon Hoegwan is a butcher-shop restaurant in the underground arcade of Jinbuk-dong, Jeonju. It serves a baekban that includes dwaeji bulgogi and ttukbaegi galbijjim, with the soup brought out separately. You can pick meat such as samgyeopsal from the butcher shop next door and grill it, and the baekban side dishes change every day. The baekban must be ordered for two or more people.
