Mujinjang Sogalbitang

Mujinjang Sogalbitang is a beef short rib soup restaurant in Inhu-dong, Jeonju. The short ribs are served heaped over a ttukbaegi, in a clear, deep broth, with pa kimchi and kkakdugi on the side. The dining room is large and tidy, and rice and broth can be refilled without limit. The galbi meat is soft enough to fall from the bone after long simmering, and the broth is not greasy.
