Jeongdaun Jip in Jeonju serves vegetarian-focused Korean set meals. You choose gondre rice, shiitake rice, mucheong rice, or perilla sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) as the main, and soup, jeon, namul, and kimchi come with it, with vegetables and kimchi available for refills. It is open only from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and is closed on Sundays. Staff explain that millet is added to the sujebi broth and that soy sauce is served with the rice.
