Hoho Kalguksu

Hohokalguksu is a kalguksu restaurant in Deokjin-gu, Jeonju. It serves jang kalguksu, deulkkae kalguksu, deulgireum makguksu, and kongnamul bulgogi, with barley rice offered without limit. Barley rice can be eaten before the kalguksu, and the noodles stay hot until the bowl is finished. The broth of the jang kalguksu has ssukgat added, so the first taste comes across like maeuntang, and the noodles chew with a chewy texture.
