Hankukgwan Bonjeom is a Korean restaurant on a street corner in Jeonju, serving yukhoe bibimbap and bibimbap in stone and brass bowls. The stone bowl holds vegetables, meat, and egg, with rice pressed against the bowl like nurungji, and hwangpomuk and pajeon come with it. On a weekend lunch, the wait was 40 minutes, and orders can be placed inside from 11:20 a.m., with the brass bowl served heated. The bibimbap tastes plainer than expected.
