Gawundeunjip is a jokbal restaurant in Deokjin-gu, Jeonju. It serves spicy jokbal and yangnyeom jokbal, with a choice of mild or spicy. The jokbal arrives warm in single portions. It has almost no lean meat and a soft, gelatinous texture, so it can quickly feel rich.
