Piptap is a cafe in Deokjin-dong, Jeonju. It serves cafe latte, pistachio summer latte, egg tarts, financiers, and cinnamon rolls. Parking lines are marked on the road in front, and it opens early enough to visit in the morning. It sits away from the busy commercial district, so access is less convenient.
