Appa Jjim is a steamed-dish restaurant in Dasaeup, Daegu. It serves haemul jjim and anak jjim, both made with crisp bean sprouts. Orders are placed as one ttukbaegi per person, and the interior is spacious and clean. Construction noise from the floor above can be heard during lunch hours.
