Sugaseong

Sugaseong in Dalseo-gu, Daegu serves dubu bossam and sundubu jjigae. You wrap bossam and cabbage salad in thin podubu and eat it, and the sundubu jjigae comes in seafood, gopchang, and perilla seed versions. The haemul sundubu contains a raw egg, shrimp, oysters, and clams, and arrives 10 to 15 minutes after ordering. Customers crowd in during meal times and the parking lot is small.
