Seokgane Son Kalguksu

Seokgane Son Kalguksu is a bajirak kalguksu restaurant in Daejeon. It serves hand-cut noodles with plenty of bajirak and suyuk, and kimchi comes with the meal. The handmade noodles have an uneven texture, and sujebi can also be ordered. Arriving around 11 a.m. on a weekday still means the tables are full by noon, and a wait forms during lunch hours.
