Haejane Gaja

Haejane Gaja is a Korean restaurant in Daejeon. It serves baeksuk with mushrooms and haemul pajeon, and the pajeon is pan-fried in a way that resembles deep-frying. The sujebi in the freshwater shrimp sujebi soup comes out in thin pieces, and the side dishes change each time. The freshwater shrimp soup is eaten down to the last spoonful of broth.
