Seongju Makchang

Seongjumakchang is a makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant in Daegu. It grills fresh makchang on a stone plate, and orders start at three servings. The basic order comes with gyeranjjim, tteokbokki and eomuk, and there is a self-service bar and ice cream. Seats toward the back are far from the duct, so smoke builds up there.
