Hamjibak

Hamjibak is a donkatsu restaurant inside Seomun Market in Daegu. It serves thick saengdeungsim donkatsu and cheese donkatsu, along with haemul kalguksu and tteokbokki. At lunch you may wait 10 to 20 minutes, but the tables turn over quickly, and geotjeori, putgochu, and doenjang are available for refills at the self-service bar. The cheese donkatsu has a higher proportion of cheese and vegetables than meat.
