Ihwa Guksu is a noodle shop in the residential area of Seongseo Noodle Alley in Daegu, serving janchi guksu and buchu jeon. The janchi guksu comes in a rich anchovy broth, and the buchu jeon is pan-fried until crisp. A line forms during lunch hours, and the shop has its own parking lot. The anchovy broth leaves a bitter taste at the finish.
