Dwaeji Hyeongjedeul

Dwaeji Hyeongjedeul in Daegu is a grill restaurant now renamed Daegu Yeontabal Janggi Direct Branch. It serves chicken feet and seasoned makchang (beef abomasum), and also sold pork collar, pork jowl and samgyeopsal (pork belly). There is a self-service bar with various side dishes, and while staff used to grill the meat, customers now grill it themselves. The meat condition varies from day to day, and tougher cuts are sometimes mixed in.
