Daejangbu Songhyeon Branch

Daejangbu Songhyeon Branch is a gukbap and bossam restaurant in Songhyeon-dong, Daegu, located in front of Exit 4 of Songhyeon Station. The eolkeuni gukbap is served with a raw egg, noodles, and seasoned chives, and diners add shrimp jeot to season it further. Food comes out right away, and the restaurant has its own parking lot and a large dining area. The offal in the gukbap has a somewhat chewy texture.
