Daegu Sikdang

Daegu Sikdang is a chicken restaurant near Yongyeonsa in Okpo-eup, Dalseong-gun. It serves dak bulgogi and neungi baeksuk, and ggochu buchu jeon can be ordered as well. The dak bulgogi uses native chicken, giving large, chewy pieces with charcoal smoke and black pepper. Cooking takes time, so a call ahead is needed, and the seasoning is on the salty side.
