Hwanghae Myeonok

Hwanghae Myeonok is an old naengmyeon restaurant in Ojeong-dong, Daejeon. Its mul naengmyeon uses a broth simmered for more than four hours with yangji and satae, and its kimchi bibim naengmyeon mixes hand-pulled noodles with aged kimchi and boiled beef. Ordering naengmyeon brings a warm onyuksu first, and a large parking lot sits across the street. The kimchi bibim naengmyeon is on the sweet side.
