Hongguri Buchu Son Kalguksu

Hongguri Buchu Son Kalguksu is a kalguksu restaurant in Songchon-dong, Daejeon. It serves kalguksu with mussels, squid, and oysters, along with buchujeon, and kimchi bokkeumbap is available after the meal. The noodles are green from added buchu, and the kalguksu broth is sometimes eaten with dadegi mixed in. The buchu noodles soften faster than other noodles.
