Siment is a Western restaurant near Hannam in Daejeon. It serves dishes such as salchi garlic oil pasta and potato pizza, which comes topped with roasted garlic, salchisal, and french fries. Each table has a tablet, so orders are placed at the table. On holidays at lunch, the restaurant is nearly full within 30 minutes.
