Bonghwangjeong lookout

Bonghwangjeong is an observation deck at the top of Gyejoksan in Eumnae-dong, Daejeon. After the surrounding trees were cleared, the view looking down over downtown Daejeon opened up. Park at the free lot by the Eumnae Bangjuk Reservoir, pass Bonghwang Madang, and climb the stairs, where small exercise equipment is installed. The many stairs make the climb up fairly tiring.
