Dugak S Gwan is a private academy for entrance-exam preparation on a main road in the center of Daechi-dong’s academy district in Seoul. Its location is convenient for routes used when preparing for entrance exams. Phone calls are often not answered, and complaints receive irrelevant responses or are blamed on instructors. When system problems are raised, the staff become angry and do not respond.
