Paul Bassett NC Tower Samseong is a coffee shop on the first floor of NC Tower, a five-minute walk from Samseong Station. It sells ice cream lattes, cappuccinos, matcha cafe lattes, milk cake and egg tarts, and uses Sangha Farm ice cream. Seating includes a long table for about ten people and an outdoor lounge, and buying a coffee gives 30 minutes of free parking. With few seats, the wait at lunchtime is long.
