Daiwa House PREMIST Dome Observation Tower sits inside Sapporo Dome in Sapporo. The inner observation deck looks over the entire stadium, while the outer deck faces Sapporo TV Tower and Mount Moiwa. Visitors ride two escalators and pass through a blue neon tunnel to reach the top. The escalators and the high observation deck are difficult for people with a fear of heights.
