Ren

Ren is a shopping complex in an old wooden house in Osaka, next to Matsuyamachi Station on the Osaka Metro and near Karahori-gai. It holds select shops, general goods stores, workshops, a cafe, and a Japanese restaurant, and the chocolate cafe Ek Chuah's main store also operates there. The buildings are the Komorike residence, a nationally registered tangible cultural property, with the storehouse built in 1911 and the main house built from Taisho 11 into the early Showa period. The entrance has many stairs and level changes, which makes it difficult to move through with a stroller.
