Torisoba Zagin Niboshi

Torisoba Jagin Niboshi-ten is a ramen shop on Shinsaibashi street in Osaka. It serves chicken-broth ramen and anchovy-broth ramen, and the fried burdock is eaten separately rather than dipped in the soup. Customers buy a meal ticket from the machine outside, then enter when staff signal, in a small shop with two four-person tables and counter seats. The broth is quite salty for Korean palates.
