Takoyaki no Tsubo Honmachi is a basement izakaya near Honmachi Station in Osaka that serves flour-based dishes such as takoyaki and okonomiyaki. Staff bring the batter and ingredients to the teppan grill at your table, and you can flip them yourself or ask the staff to cook them. Each table has its own teppan, and one order of takoyaki comes with 12 pieces. The interior is not large, so it tends to be crowded.
