炭火焼鳥 とり将

Sumibi Yakitori Torisho is a charcoal-grilled yakitori restaurant a few minutes from Kitahama Station in Osaka. The omakase course alternates chicken skewers with other dishes, grilling skewers such as sasami, seseri, and tsukune one at a time over charcoal. A U-shaped counter surrounds the kitchen, and founder Hara Daisuke grills the skewers himself. The restaurant was listed in the Michelin Guide Osaka Bib Gourmand for three consecutive years from 2021 to 2023, and it plans to relocate due to building circumstances.
