Ristorante IL PRINCIPE is an Italian course restaurant a five-minute walk from Yodoyabashi Station in Osaka. It changes its menu every month, using ingredients selected from various regions, and each dish is served with an explanation of its ingredients and cooking method. Ingredients to be used are first shown at the table on a cart, and many dishes are finished at the table. The ayu gratin is simmered in oil for five hours until soft.
