Ramen Daejeonjaeng Shinsaibashi is a ramen shop in Shinsaibashi, a short walk from the center of Dotonbori. Its signature dish, Pistol, is a clean soy sauce-based shoyu ramen, and you can choose one to five slices of chashu. Noodles can be refilled free up to half a serving, and orders are placed using a Korean menu. Payment is cash only, and the broth is on the salty side.
