Ramen アゲイン

Ramen Again is a small ramen shop near Kitahama in Osaka that serves spicy miso ramen and shoyu ramen. The spicy miso ramen is less hot than Shin Ramyun, and the shoyu ramen has a soy sauce flavor based on katsuobushi. Customers put cash into a vending machine, take a meal ticket, and hand it to the chef, with ordering guidance also available in Korean. There is no kimchi or danmuji, so the shoyu ramen is on the rich side.
