Mugi x Tori

Mugito Tori is a ramen shop in Osaka that serves chicken-broth ramen and tsukemen. Its main dishes are ramen topped with rich tori paitan broth, sous-vide chicken breast and shredded scallions, and tsukemen in which cold noodles are dipped in concentrated broth. After finishing the noodles in the tsukemen, you can add soup-wari to the broth and drink it, and the ramen noodles have a chewy texture. The uni tsukemen is on the salty side.
