Minami Sushi is an omakase sushi restaurant with eight counter seats on the second floor behind W Hotel in Osaka. Each fish is seasoned with a different salt and sauce, and pieces are served one at a time in front of you. Staff explain the fish and seasoning using tablet photos and a translation app. The entrance is hard to find because you have to climb a steep staircase to the second floor.
