Men-no-Yoji

Men-no-Yoji is a ramen shop in Osaka that serves chicken-broth ramen and tsukemen. The chicken-broth ramen has a thick soup, and the tsukemen is eaten by dipping. You buy a meal ticket from the machine outside and hand it in, and cooking starts right away. The shop uses a CCTV by the machine to help with ordering problems, and the soup ramen is on the salty side.
