ホルモン長岡

Hormone Nagaoka is a yakiniku restaurant in a residential area a short walk southwest of Keihan Tenmabashi Station in Osaka. It grills cuts such as tan, shimahara mi, mino, and marucho over a charcoal shichirin, then moves through raw heart and aburi lever before finishing with naengmyeon. On weekday evenings it is nearly full even at 7 PM, and on weekends it stays full from 6 PM to 11 PM, so reservations are close to required. It accepts cash only, and there are storage boxes under the seats and counter seats as well.
