Bistro bar Makoto is an Italian restaurant on the riverside with Nakanoshima in Osaka directly in view. It serves pasta and pizza, and meals can be taken on the terrace seats looking out over the river and the night view. Lunch runs as a single set menu. Once seated, guests are not allowed to change seats even when the restaurant is quiet.
