Old Rose Garden

Old Rose Garden is a basement cafe near Yodoyabashi Station in Osaka that serves British-style afternoon tea, scones and cake. The afternoon tea set comes with sandwiches, scones and pot tea, and you can also choose a cake from the display case at Del Caffe across the way. Reservations fill first, and on weekends a line forms as soon as the doors open. The cafe takes cash only.
