Kotori Smile

Kotori Smile is a cafeteria where you eat and drink while looking at small birds, located between Hommachi and Shinsaibashi in Osaka and a short walk from Shinsaibashi Station. It serves desserts and drinks themed on parakeets and Java sparrows, and the setup is built around watching the birds while you eat. The walls are packed with small-bird and parakeet goods, and touching the birds is a separate paid experience. Drinks are on the expensive side.
