Kushikatsu Bouyatetsu

Kushikatsu Bouyatetsu is a skewer-fry restaurant in Hommachi, Osaka, serving a creative kushikatsu course. The omakase combines seasonal ingredients with standard skewers, eaten with four dips: sauce, mustard sauce, dashi soy sauce, and sesame salt. The counter seats seven, with one two-person table and one four-person table, and solo reservations are accepted.
