Osaka Castle Museum

Osaka Castle Tenshukaku is a landmark in Osaka reachable on foot from Tanimachiyonchome Station. Inside the castle grounds, which are surrounded by moats and stone walls, exhibits cover Toyotomi Hideyoshi's life and war-related materials, and an observation deck looks down over central Osaka. Showing an Osaka Amazing Pass or a QR admission ticket purchased in advance lets visitors skip the on-site ticketing line, and the elevator goes up to the fifth floor before visitors continue down by stairs. Crowds of tourists and the narrow stairs and corridors make movement congested.
