Tatami

Chuka Soba Tatami is a ramen shop in the Kodenmacho and Ningyocho area of Tokyo that serves stamina ramen topped with fried onion and meat. The signature stamina chuka has thick noodles, fried onion, and chashu, and also comes as a set with a raw egg. Arriving at 12:05 on a weekday, the food came out 15 minutes later; orders are placed by QR code at the front of the shop, and the ticket is then printed from a printer inside. Cash is not accepted, so payment goes through the QR order and a card or mobile payment, which takes preparation on a first visit.
