Soba Jeonmunjeom

A chain shop near Kodenmacho Station in Tokyo serves soba and rice bowls. The soba and rice bowls come out quickly, and the green onions on the table can be taken freely. Soba arrives soon after ordering, and tables turn over fast. At lunchtime it gets busy enough that a line forms.
