Shintomi Uosen

Shintomi Uosen is a sushi restaurant in an alley near Shintomi-cho Station in Tokyo. At lunch it serves a rice bowl with small side dishes, salad, and miso soup, and in the evening it offers an omakase course of sushi and Japanese dishes. The seating consists of a counter, a four-person table, and a private room, and the lunch seating fills up after 12 p.m. Lunch visits require a reservation.
