Oota Zushi

Ootasu Sushi in Tokyo serves omakase sushi, with set pieces arriving in order and hoe sliced as thick as a finger. The amount of rice is chosen from five levels, and the owner asks in Korean which ingredients cannot be eaten. The sushi is eaten by hand. Only cash payment is accepted.
