Nodaiwa Nihombashi Takashimaya

Nodaiwa Nihombashi is an eel restaurant on the 8th floor of the Nihonbashi Takashimaya main store in Chuo City, Tokyo. It serves unadon made from eel cooked carefully to bring out its natural flavor. On weekend lunches a wait forms, and staff call names before guiding guests to tables. The restaurant shares its space with other dining establishments, so it does not have a separate dining area of its own.
