Izumoya Honten Bekkan is an eel restaurant in Muromachi, Nihonbashi, Tokyo, close to Shin-Nihonbashi Station and Kanda Station. It serves Kanto-style eel, steamed until soft with a moist interior, alongside a light liver sauce. The eel rice bowl is limited to 10 servings a day and sometimes sells out before opening. At lunch, a line forms before the doors open, so waits run long.
