Horumon.えいた is a small restaurant near Kodenmacho Station in Tokyo that serves yakiniku of wagyu and individual cuts of beef. The wagyu is raised on olives, and the owner recommends tasting cuts such as misuji, kainomi, harami, and beef tongue one by one. The Korean owner explains each cut, grills it appropriately, and takes orders in Korean. There are only four tables, so it is difficult to get a seat without a reservation.
