Yakitori of Ippei Sapporo Chuo

Yakitori no Itpei Sapporo Chuo is a yakitori restaurant near Tanukikoji that serves Muroran-style skewers. The Muroran yakitori pairs pork with onion, comes two skewers per order, and is chosen with tare or salt and eaten with mustard. Reservations are accepted for parties of three or more, so two people need to arrive early. There is no Korean menu, and entry can be refused if Japanese communication is difficult.
